We can help you create a beautiful home that reflects your individual style. Especially kitchens, bathrooms and fixtures such as stairs, fireplaces and storage require careful consideration and planning. We provide fully resolved room schemes and help you select fixtures and finishes. We can also produce 3D models of bespoke interior features, to support the 2D detail drawings, to help you visualise signature elements, e.g. fireplaces or stairs. As famous architect Mies van der Rohe said, 'God is in the detail' and carefully considered tiling layouts, joinery junctions and finishes can make all the difference.
LANDSCAPE DESIGN & GARDEN BUILDINGS
The outside space and its connection with the inside is invariably linked to the success of a new built property or an extension project. As such this should be considered early on in the design process. We can include Garden & Landscape Design and provide proposals and details in 2D & 3D, so it can be costed as part of the overall building contract. If extra space is needed, e.g. for an office or hobby room, we can also help with the design of a bespoke garden room/studio, which can usually be implemented under Permitted Development.

We can provide fully resolved Interior Design Schemes to include mood boards, layout drawings, interior elevations and detail drawings, as well as illustrated and priced specification schedules to include all FF&E.
